9. Change feeding times

Some dogs simply aren’t hungry when you go to feed them. Play around with different times a day to see if your dog is hungrier in the morning or a better eater in the afternoon.

Shy away from early morning times because you will then find yourself having to get up at pre-dawn hours because your dog is crying to be fed.

Try to feed your dog when you get up because they have spent the night fasting just as you have.
